"24 hour mom", a competition conceived in Johnson's Baby in recognition of a woman's most difficult and most important task – being a mother, has received its final winners. The real 24 hour mom's, selected in four categories, are Ivana Vrbat (bathing), Nives Mikelic Preradovic (putting to sleep), Lea Lesjak (massage and play) and Petra Čizmić Pokrajac (diaper changing). The winners, in touching descriptions of their favorite moments of the day spent in the company of their babies, showed that being a mother really is the most beautiful job in the world.

After four weeks, how long the "24 hour mom" competition lasted, the final winners were selected. The winners showed best, in the opinion of the over 19,000 visitors to the Internet site www.24satamama.com, who rewarded them with their vote, and in the opinion of the panel of experts of Johnson's baby, that a mother's job is an all-day occupation which, along with moments of happiness, also carries huge responsibilities and sacrifice. The final winners were awarded DM gift certificates in the amount of 2000 HRK and a year's worth of essential Johnson's baby products.

"Being a mother is a role unmatched by any other, and there is no other that is so demanding. However, it is also the most beautiful and most satisfying occupation in the world. A mother's work is 24 hours a day, during which mothers show impressive energy and unconditional love towards their little ones. We started the competition as recognition to all mothers for the commendable work they carry out on a daily basis. We are delighted to have provided them the opportunity to share their feelings and experiences with other mothers, in order to show that it is they who are the real heroines, who, even when exhausted, find the energy for a hug and some love", said Igor Crnogaj from Johnsons's Baby.

The "24 hour mom" competition gathered numerous mothers who, through their stories and photographs, showed how being a mother really is the most demanding job, insufficiently recognized up till now. Through numerous stories, mothers demonstrated how maternal love heals all, as well as how their role as mother brings them joy and makes their lives special. Bearing witness to the fact that this is the most demanding "job", but also the sweetest, are the 1,300 entries submitted through the competition's official site from various parts of Croatia.

The competition had four rounds, and 3 weekly winners were selected in each category. All of them gathered at the 6th Days of Babies, Children and Pregnant Women at the Zagreb Fair and were awarded with Johnson&Johnson gift packages. As a gesture of recognition, all of the other mothers who applied, but were not selected, received consolation prizes, DM gift certificates.
